The Materials
Two builds. One factory floor.
Averion Match Gear is a dedicated synthetic-PU build. The Trionda’s 4-panel shell is fused with high-frequency thermal bonding dies into a single seamless casing — zero stitching, zero needle holes, zero water absorption, and FIFA-grade match flight from kickoff to the final whistle. No hides, no tanneries, and no leather touch this line at any stage.
Averion Heritage is a separate discipline entirely: full-grain hide, hand-graded before it’s approved for cutting, and sourced exclusively from master tanneries. It’s the layer closest to the animal’s own skin — uncorrected, unsanded, and left to show its natural grain rather than have one printed on top of it. This is the material behind our watch straps, billfolds, passport covers, cardholders, keyrings, and corporate leather gifts — and it never crosses into match-gear production.
The Standard
FIFA Quality Pro Standard. Not the badge.
“FIFA Quality Pro Certified” and “FIFA Quality Pro Standard” describe the exact same physical testing — identical weight tolerance, panel density, trajectory consistency, and aero-specification. The only thing separating a $160+ legacy-brand match ball from an unbadged ball built to the same standard is a licensing stamp and the marketing budget behind it.
The Trionda is built to that full spec, panel for panel, without paying for the badge. Every dollar that would have gone to a licensing fee goes into the synthetic casing, the thermal bonding, and the flight engineering instead — which is why, panel-for-panel, the Trionda matches or exceeds the build quality of badged match balls at a fraction of the retail price.
The Pipeline

Direct-Source Manufacturing
We own the manufacturing pipeline outright, in Pakistan — no trading houses, no sourcing agents, no third-party warehousing standing between raw material and the factory floor. Every markup those middlemen would have added stays out of the price.
Two Dedicated Production Lines
The Trionda’s 4-panel shell is fused on a dedicated thermal-bonding line using high-frequency dies and micro-textured synthetic PU — zero hides involved. Our small leather goods are cut and hand-stitched from full-grain hide sourced from master tanneries on a separate line in the same facility. One factory floor, two disciplines, never mixed.
Quality Control to FIFA Pro Spec
Every ball is checked for weight, panel density, trajectory, and aero-specification — the identical testing a badged match ball undergoes. We hold the standard; we just don’t pay for the stamp.
Direct Dispatch
Finished orders ship straight from our facility — Express DDP air freight for individual and small orders, or FOB and custom terms for bulk buyers. No intermediary warehouse, no added handling layer, no surprise at the border.
